Swan Position

HTHGS: Swan position (written by Shan & Claude)

Ask Shan & Claude,
I am looking for information on the Swan position. I have been told it is an excellent position for helping to relieve Pain from headaches. Thank you, Melissa

Dear Swan,
There is a yoga position called the Swan (Hamsana).  Before you get into this position one of the prerequisite positions resembles "doggie-style” (where the woman is on her hands and knees).  But in the prerequisite position the woman’s head is on the bed/floor and her hands are together at her waist (below the navel) palms down with fingers pointing at the feet.  This may be what you have heard of.  However, you may have heard of slang term or an urban legend.  If this yoga position variant is not what you are referring to we are not familiar with the position.  Shan & Claude

Our Philosophy sex is like dancing, it changes every time. It depends on culture, atmosphere and mood. Sometimes it is done alone, with a partner or in a group. It can be fast and hard or slow and soft. Sex is a combination of non-verbal negotiation and verbal cues: a scream, a twitch of the toes, or a flush of the face. There is no one 'right' way to move, only what feels good to all those involved.
