HELLO MY NAME IS MIKE I AM 23 I HAVE BEEN HAVING SEX SINCE I WAS 21 AND I HAVE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM SOME PROBLEMS. WELL THE FIRST PROBLEM IS THAT SOMETIMES I CAN GET AN ERECTION AND SOMETIMES IT JUST WONT WORK AT ALL I HAVE BEEN TAKING GINKGO AND L ARGININE HOPING IT MITE HELP BUT ALL THE GINGO DID WAS MADE MY BLOOD VESSELS EXPAINED SOMETHING SERIOUS AND GOT BIGGER WITH WIDTH IT WAS PRETTY COOL ACTUALLY. BUT I AM STILL HAVING THE NO ERECRTION PROBLEM I GET NIGHTLY ONES AND ALL THAT IT JUST WHEN IT WANTS TO IT WON’T WORK.  IS THEIR ANYTHING YOU CAN RECOMEND FOR THIS?? SECOND PROBLEM IS WHEN I DO GET AN ERECTION I CUM TO EARLY AND WHEN I DO IT’S VERY EARLY IF I GET 20 MINS I AM LUCKY I ADMITT I MASTERBATE ALOT DOES THAT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT???  I WANT TO BE ABLE TO GO FOR AN HOUR OR MORE SO WHATS THE DAM TRICK TO THAT ITS VERY UPSETING I WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT.     I AM WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES. EVEN IF I TRY TO HAVE SEX RIGHT HAVE WARDS I CANT GET AN ERECTION AT ALL SO ITS GETTING VERY UPSETTING AS YOU CAN SEE I NEED TO FIX THESE PROBLEMS . Dear Mike,

That is a lot of information! The first thing I can tell you is that there is nothing wrong with masturbation BUT you can train your body to ejaculate quickly depending on how you do it.  Most men, when they masturbate, do it very fast because they want the end result-the ejaculation.  They do not take their time and start and stop etc.  The good news is, is that you can learn to control your erection by masturbating slower, taking your time and starting and stopping several times.  Think of it like a muscle. you need to get your ejaculatory control in shape.  It takes time, but can be worth it.

 

Second, I don't know anyone who can have intercourse for a straight hour without stopping.  I am not saying it is not possible, but it is not the average. Sexual prowess does not lie in how long you can keep your erection or have sex with someone. It lies in your ability to be open to pleasing your partner, and that doesn't necessarily mean intercourse. Third, I would stop taking all of those supplements. They can have side effects you are not aware of and taking them together may have adverse effects. You may be doing yourself more harm than good. Again, you cannot get your sexuality from a bottle. It has to come from within. I would make an appointment with your primary care provider for a physical to make sure there is nothing going on physically. You may have a medical condition and sexual side effects are common with many physical conditions. Your doctor can also tell you if you are at a healthy weight for your age and height.
