HTHGS: Premature Ejaculation (written by Dr. Erika Pluhar)

Ask Dr. Erika Pluhar,
I would like to ask you about my premature ejaculation. Being a lady u will be my perfect sexpert to solve my problem..................

Erika, I would like to tell one of my incident with my girlfriend. I went to her home in intension of having sex as none of her family member were present.  We both went into her bedroom and we started kissing each other.  I push her on bed and get on her, by that time my penis was erect. I then removed her t-shirt and unhook her bar and started nibbling her tits. Until that time I got very excited and I wet my pant (I ejaculated)...... She laughed at me and I was felt so embarrassed.  After premature ejaculation I didn't got erection very soon, so we didn't able to do any intercourse............... And keep myself safe I give her excuse that I m getting late for my classes.............

After this incident I didn't call her or see her for 3 days.

Is there any way that I can prevent my premature ejaculation by having some fruits, vegetable or medicine. I am age of 23..............

Erika, any of your suggestion will be appreciated, please send me some valuable advice that can glow my rest of life when I get marry.................

I will be waiting for your reply very anxiously.......................SUNNY [ALWAYS SHINES]

Dear Sunny,
Many guys experience early or rapid ejaculation, so you are not alone.  I'm sorry your girlfriend laughed at your embarrassment, that must have made it worse for you.  There are some things you can do to help lengthen the time before ejaculation.  First, masturbating to ejaculation prior to sex with a partner might help.  Many men find that the second ejaculation takes longer than the first.  Second, using a condom might decrease the sensation in your penis and lengthen the time until you ejaculate (you would also decrease your risk of infections by using a condom).  Third, when you are with your partner, you can try several techniques, including the stop-and-start technique and the squeeze technique.  Both of these require the ability to communicate with your partner and the ability to recognize the point right before which you think ejaculation is inevitable (going to happen for sure).  It may be helpful to practice these techniques while your partner is masturbating you first, and then with intercourse.  It goes like this:  When you reach the point right before you think you are going to ejaculate, either stop stimulation (stop-and-start technique) or GENTLY squeeze just below the head of the penis with your (or your partner's) thumb and forefinger (squeeze technique).  Then, once the urge to ejaculate has passed, start stimulation again.  Both of these strategies may help you postpone ejaculation. Hope this helps,
Dr. Erika Pluhar

Our Philosophy sex is like dancing, it changes every time. It depends on culture, atmosphere and mood. Sometimes it is done alone, with a partner or in a group. It can be fast and hard or slow and soft. Sex is a combination of non-verbal negotiation and verbal cues: a scream, a twitch of the toes, or a flush of the face. There is no one 'right' way to move, only what feels good to all those involved.
