HTHGS: How to increase the volume/strength of your ejaculation (written by Calee Spinney)

Ask Calee
This is the first time i have actually asked anyone this question.  I am a 22ym male and i have been sexually active for some time now.  I'm happy with everything down there, but one thing.  I was wondering if there was anything i could do to make my Ejaculation stronger and have more volume (density?) When I do ejaculate it is a small amount of seamen and it usually just dribbles out the end. I do masturbate often (one time a night usually).   If you could help me out it would be great, if not, all the same.  Just wondering in ATL...

 Dear Just Wondering,
I am not aware of any concrete way to increase either the strength or the density of an ejaculation.  Masturbating every night could decrease the amount of ejaculate, because there will never be a large build-up of sperm that needs to be released.  Ideally, this means only ejaculating once every forty-eight hours.

You can also try kegel exercises, which strengthen the pelvic floor muscles that contract during orgasm.  This will increase the intensity of your feelings, as well as make your ejaculation at least feel stronger.  These are done by squeezing the muscle that you use to start and stop the flow or urine.  Hold the contraction for 10 seconds; then relax for a count of 10.  Do these in sets of 10 each day, and you should start to see a difference fairly quickly.  A healthy diet may also help, because the prostate and seminal vesicles are responsible for 99% of semen and a healthy diet improves most internal organ function.  Additionally, make sure you are well hydrated, so that you have extra fluid to expel.

Lastly, most partners would probably consider your problem to be a benefit – very few people enjoy a huge wad of semen getting shot down their throat at the end of a blow job, so they would luck out in your case.  And I’m sure that most people wouldn’t even notice the amount of ejaculate released during sexual intercourse.  So try not to worry about it too much – this is really one of those things that varies widely from person to person, without having any effect on your sexual performance.

Our Philosophy sex is like dancing, it changes every time. It depends on culture, atmosphere and mood. Sometimes it is done alone, with a partner or in a group. It can be fast and hard or slow and soft. Sex is a combination of non-verbal negotiation and verbal cues: a scream, a twitch of the toes, or a flush of the face. There is no one 'right' way to move, only what feels good to all those involved.
